Specificity β-Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) - SIGNET ANTIBODIES Reactive to the c-terminus of beta amyloid and specific for the isoform ending at the 43rd amino acid.
Uses β-Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) - SIGNET ANTIBODIES This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA.
Suggested Working Dilution β-Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) - SIGNET ANTIBODIES The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition.
  • Western: 1:100-1:1,000
  • IHC: 1:100-1:500
    Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
    Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with formic acid (70%) for 10-30 minutes.
    Incubation: For optimal staining, the primary antibody should be incubated overnight at 4°C.
  • ELISA: 1:500-1:50,000
Storage β-Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) - SIGNET ANTIBODIES Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). It is suggested that the total volume is aliquoted upon initial thaw. The antibody is best stored undiluted at -20°C to -70°C.
